What do you think is broken in Health Care?

What does the patient want?

If we have arguably the best healh care in the world, then why does it feel like a broken system? Physicians, nurses and alot of the health care staff are experiencing burnout. I suspect patients are feeling the same way.

So if the system is broken, how would you suggest we fix it? From a patients perspective, what needs to change?
